This traditional technique primarily targets painful muscle tension and hardening. It is especially effective on the neck, back, spine, and joints, helping to relieve stress and improve mobility.
Meridian massage is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. By applying targeted pressure to specific points along the energy pathways (meridians), blockages are released and energy flow is balanced. This method promotes deep relaxation, strengthens the immune system, and enhances overall well-being.
In cupping therapy, the suction created by glass cups stimulates blood and lymphatic vessels, enhancing circulation and activating metabolism. Internal organs are influenced through reflex zones and acupuncture points. Gentle gliding movements further promote lymphatic drainage.
